North-West News is the local paper circulated every Wednesday. Established since 1984, North-West News is delivered approximately 10 to 20km north-west of Brisbane’s CBD.

North-West News is a strong contender in the Business Achiever Awards program with business voting numbers increasing significantly per year.

North-West News in 2010 inducted Mitchelton Meals on Wheels and Alderley Carpet Choice into the GOLD Hall of Fame. This prestigious honour does now eliminates Mitchelton Meals on Wheels and Alderley Carpet Choice from entering the Business Achiever Awards nomination process, however, Mitchelton Meals on Wheels and Alderley Carpet Choice will not be excluded from attending the awards gala dinner to congratulate all the finalists in the North-West News. Event Information

Tickets for the North-West News will be on sale26 September for 4 weeks only. Deadline for ticket sales is Monday 31 October. We recommend you get in quick as this event sells out.*

In 2011 the gala dinner will be held at Eatons Hill Function Centre, 646 South Pine Rd, Eatons Hill on Friday 18 November.

Starting at 6:45pm guests will enjoy 30 minutes of pre-dinner drinks and mingling with fellow business owners. The show will see Hot Sauce opening proceedings followed with Tony Johnston and Miranda Deakin as your Masters of Ceremony for the evening.

Sitting down to a two course dinner and petite dessert with plenty of giveaways throughout the night, Hot Sauce will perform during dinner with their exclusive Business Achievers show 'Ladies of Rock'.
